This antique stoneware crock was made in New England
It is a 2 gallon crock as indicated by the number two on the front
It is also decorated with a large blue cobalt swirl design. The blue cobalt was typically done by the master stoneware maker/owner.
It measures 10" x 12" diameter , the lid is 10 " diameter
There are no chips ,cracks or hairline cracks. The inside and outer sides have residual 'salt' from whatever product was stored in the crock which can be seen in pictures
