Vintage D & H Railroad Tall Metal Oiler, Delaware Hudson Railroad

Sorry, this item has sold.

This vintage metal oiler was once used on trains for maintenance.
It is tall 25 1/2" x 6" diameter body and is marked on the bottom D & H RR, Delaware & Hudson Railroad.
The body has a screw top with chain to prevent loss which I'm sure was easy to do on a moving locomotive!
It is in overall good vintage condition- free of rusting and a sturdy handle. There are some dents to the spout from use and age which can be seen in pictures
Great piece of rustic railroad memorabilia

Why are shipping costs so high?

The shipping cost is determined by the postal service which is described below Due to the various sizes and weights of the items in my shop I unfortunately cannot offer free shipping
I utilize the USPS for shipping all packages and have found them to be the most economical and reliable

USPS has discontinued Regional Rate Box prices. This means that this mail class is no longer available
USPS uses Cubic Pricing rates which are determined by package dimensions and distance traveled instead of weight
